Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Due to COVID-19, the delivery time may be longer. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We have dedicated logistics team to operate the delivery of your order by the earliest possibility, and we will choose applicable overseas couriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS, etc to execute your package transportation according to specific situation, it normally will take 3~12 days to finish.(until arrive at your door) 

If order value reach or exceed the amount we request in commodity page, the shipping fee is free, or else we will charge extra shipping fee for order value below to this amount. So we hope customer can consider and purchase more in one time to save money. 

Customer/recipient is responsible for all taxes, tariffs(if any), levies, customs fees, import duties and the like imposed by the destination country.
